Valuation Our valuation is given on the basis that the vehicle has been described accurately. If upon inspection, the vehicle does not match the description given by the seller, the valuation may change.   All valuations will be subject to the vehicle being checked against the HPI register. On the day of collection the seller must hand over the V5 document, all MOT certificates, service history records, manuals, keys and any further documentation relating to the vehicle.   When our representative collects your vehicle, identification and proof that the address of collection is the seller’s residential address or place of work will be required.   Payment Bestcaroffer.co.uk make payment via Barclays bank transfer. (Unless other arrangements have been made between the seller and bestcaroffer.co.uk.)   The vehicle is not subject to any undisclosed outstanding finance, mileage discrepancies, insurance losses of any category, has not been stolen or stolen and recovered. The vehicle is not listed with any of these descriptions on the HPI register.   To the best of their knowledge, the mileage reading on the car is entirely true and accurate   Upon collection they will provide bestcaroffer.co.uk with all relevant documentation relating to the vehicle that they have in their position.   Upon collection they will supply a copy of their driving licence or passport and a recent utility bill as proof of identity and address. To the best of their knoledge the vehicle has no defects, other than those that have been described to bestcaroffer.co.uk
